So I did a little label reading and I found it really interesting … I found three great labels .. ‘Ceres - Tasti and Macro’ but not all of their products were great and not all of their products came from a local country …
Often you find one product may be awesome in its plain flavour but add cheese flavour and suddenly the ingredient list has gone from 5-7 components to 15!.. Same with yoghurt .. natural or honey flavour fine … Blueberry and there is a list as long as your arm …
To be honest .. I am not a fan of packets but they are practical .. There is no waste ..
And when we head out the door… I usually have some with us ...
I wanted to see if I could find a few that could achieve all of the following :
80% Australian or NZ made
No E numbers
Low salt/sugar
Less than 6 ingredients
Hopefully nut free
